On Monday, October, 9th, 2017, the SD Department welcomesMargaret Keck, Emeritus Professor of Political Science at Johns Hopkins to Appalachian State. Her research and teaching has focused on social and environmental in Brazil and beyond. Her work has also addressed institutional and organizational aspects of environmental activism from the transnational activist to the micro-politics of institutional innovation.
