The faculty internship supervisor will enter a grade of Satisfactory (S) or Unsatisfactory (U) upon completion of all internship requirements. This grade will be based upon your hours completed, the quality of your work, and the completion of weekly work logs, journaling assignments, and the final paper. All written work shall be submitted no later than 60 days following the completion of the internship, or in time for submission of grades, whichever is sooner.
Not satisfying the above requirements in terms of quantity or quality will result in a U = no academic credit.
